Current stage | The PAC has provided its final report from the latest public inquiry on the scheme to the Department and this has been considered in detail by the project team. |
Current position | It is anticipated that the Minister will make an announcement on progression of the scheme imminently. This could allow construction work to commence in early 2025. |
A0004 Enniskillen Southern Bypass

Scheme description | Provision of a new transport link built to 2+1 standard (i.e. one lane each way plus an alternating overtaking lane) to the southern side of the town, improving the connection between the A0004 Dublin Road and the A0004 Sligo Road. |
