    Private Streets - Enforcements

    There are currently no planned enforcements under Article 11 of the Private Streets (NI) Order.

    Action is only initiated when a developer has defaulted on his obligation to complete works to the required standards and resource is available.

    Current position

    After the consultation process was completed on the draft Plan Strategy the Council submitted their documents to the Department for scrutiny and consideration. The Department is still considering all the documentation.
