  • Sustainable Drainage

Sustainable Drainage Directorate is progressing policy development work in relation to ‘natural flood management’ (NFM) and ‘sustainable drainage systems’ (SuDS).

    Sustainable Drainage Directorate

While we cannot prevent all flooding from happening, we can reduce the impacts with appropriate infrastructure improvements and development.

We will work with nature to better manage water and wastewater.
