In March 2020 the NI Executive agreed updated Guidance for Ministers in the Exercise of their Official Responsibilities:
Section 3 of the guidance requires performance statistics for each of the departments to be published on a quarterly basis.
The NI Assembly’s Standing Orders set out the timescales within which Ministers are required to respond to Assembly Questions.
DfI statistics for the period from October to December 2025 are set out in the table below:
