Our statistical practice is regulated by the Office for Statistics Regulation (OSR).
OSR is currently assessing Northern Ireland’s Department for Infrastructure Public Transport Statistics Northern Ireland for compliance with the standards set out in the Code of Practice for Statistics.

Customer Satisfaction Monitoring
Translink have procured CARD Group to facilitate customer satisfaction monitoring amongst Translink bus and rail passengers in Northern Ireland. This project is being overseen by a monitoring group comprising representatives from Translink, DfI and the Consumer Council. Results for this survey are available on the Translink website.
