The Loading Bays and Parking Places on Roads (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022, No. 268

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Loading Bays and Parking Places on Roads (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022” (S.R. 2022 No. 268), which comes into operation on 17 November 2022.
The Rule will extend the length of an existing loading bay on John Street, Ballymoney from 13 metres to 26 metres by removing a parking place. The loading bay is for the use of all vehicles loading and unloading certain goods during the hours between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on Monday to Saturday inclusive. Vehicles are excepted from the conditions of the loading bay in certain circumstances. The Order will also revoke and re-enact certain existing parking places in Ballymoney.
