This Plan has been developed by working collaboratively with various stakeholders from across central and local government. The LWW approach and information in the Plan promotes holistic and integrated drainage and wastewater management solutions.
This Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Statement has been prepared as part of the SEA for the Living with Water in Derry /Londonderry Plan. The purpose of this SEA Environmental Report is to describe the potential impacts on the environment that could arise from implementing the Plan, and to give environmental guidance during development of the Plan in order to make it more sustainable.
A Shadow Habitats Regulations Assessment (sHRA) was prepared alongside the SEA for the Living With Water in Derry Plan and can be accessed here Living With Water in Derry/Londonderry Draft Plan Consultation | Department for Infrastructure. Following public consultation, this Addendum has been prepared to accompany a Shadow Habitats Regulations Assessment (sHRA) Report.
