Consultation description
The Order will relocate an existing stand for taxis on a length of High Street, Ballymoney and prescribe the conditions under which it can be used. A maximum of 3 taxis may use the stand at any one time. The stand will be available at all hours on all days. No vehicle other than a taxi will be permitted to use the taxi stand at any time.
The Order will also remove another existing taxi stand on High Street by revoking the current taxi bye-laws for Ballymoney.

Making an objection
Any person may object or make other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made, by writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing Traffic.Coleraine@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk within a period of 22 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
