Consultation description
The Order will create parking places with unlimited waiting in Ballyclare: Bellevue Street in front of No. 6; Bangor: Beatrice Avenue in front of No. 13 and Central Avenue in front of No. 53; Derry/Londonderry: Ederowen Park in a parking area in front of Nos. 81/82; Draperstown: Glenelly Villas in a parking area to the rear of No. 30; Newtownabbey: Bawnmore Park in a parking area in front of No. 13 and Derrycoole Way in a parking area in front of No. 257; and Newtownards: Balfour Street in front of No. 42 and Meadow Park in layby in front of No. 30.
As part of an Environmental Scheme in Ballymoney the Order will amend the description of a parking place with unlimited waiting in High Street in front of Nos. 16-20 (Post Office) by reducing the number of spaces from two spaces to one space; create a parking place with unlimited waiting in High Street in front of No. 4 (Ground Expresso), remove a parking place with unlimited waiting in Main Street in front of No. 7 (Bob & Berts) and create parking places with unlimited waiting in Main Street in front of No. 9 (Gordons Chemist) (2 bays).
All parking places are for the use of disabled persons’ vehicles only.
The Order will remove parking places with unlimited waiting in Bangor: Springfield Road in front of No. 52; Derry/Londonderry: Harding Street in front of No. 5; Downpatrick: Saul Street in front of No. 39; Gortin: Main Street in front of No. 52; Magherafelt: Castledawson Road in front of No. 16; and Newtownards: Windsor Avenue in a lay-by in front of No. 25.
