The Order will create parking places with unlimited waiting in Ballyhalbert: High Street in front of No. 43; Ballywalter: Main Street in front of No. 27; Comber: Brownlow Street in front of No. 16; Cookstown: Ratheen Avenue in a parking area in front of No. 23; Donaghadee: Ashfield Drive in a parking area in front of No. 41; Dromore, County Down: Brewery Lane in front of No. 4 and Green Dyke Walk in a parking area to the rear of No. 15 Hawthorn Walk; Galgorm: Maine Park in front of No. 36; Lurgan: Waring Street in front of No. 44; Newry: Monaghan Row in front of Nos. 9-11; Newtownards: Church Street in a lay-by to the side of No. 15 Church Street Court and Frederick Place in front of No. 4; Poyntzpass: Chapel Street adjacent to the entrance of St. Joseph’s Church; and Warrenpoint: Duke Street in front of No. 3 (Duke Street Dental Surgery).
The Order will amend the description of an existing parking place with unlimited waiting in Newcastle: Railway Street in front of the former Lidl.
All parking places are for the use of disabled persons’ vehicles only.
The Order will remove parking places with unlimited waiting in Ballymena: Mount Street in front of No. 31; Comber: Brownlow Street in front of No. 61; and Newtownards: Victoria Avenue in front of No. 45.

Inspection of the draft Order is by appointment only which can be arranged either by e-mail using the relevant office e-mail address above or by telephone on 0300 200 7899 during office hours (Mon to Fri 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.).

Any person may object or make other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made, by writing to or emailing the Department at the DfI TRAM addresses above within a period of 22 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
