The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Whitehouse Road, Londonderry (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022”, (S.R. 2022 No. 274), which comes into operation on 5 December 2022.
The Rule will abandon an area of 4010 square metres of Whitehouse Road, Londonderry.
A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email to dfiroads.western@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 0300 200 7899.
