The Waiting Restrictions (Clogher) Order (Northern Ireland) 2026

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Waiting Restrictions (Clogher) Order (Northern Ireland) 2026”, (S.R. 2026 No. 29), which comes into operation on 20th March 2026.
The Rule will prohibit vehicles waiting at any time (loading and unloading permitted) on lengths of Tullybroom Road, Clogher. Vehicles are excepted from the prohibition in certain circumstances.
A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) by appointment only.
