The Waiting Restrictions (Clogher) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022, No. 259

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Waiting Restrictions (Clogher) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022” (S.R. 2022 No. 259), which comes into operation on 15 November 2022.
The Rule will prohibit vehicles waiting (loading and unloading permitted) on lengths of Ballymagowan Road, Clogher. Vehicles are excepted from the prohibition in certain circumstances.
A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email to trafficwestern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 028 8225 4085.
