STOPPING-UP – U324 CANNYREAGH ROAD, DONAGHADEE
The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The U324 Cannyreagh Road, Donaghadee (Stopping-Up) Order (Northern Ireland) 2025” (S.R 2025 No.154) which comes into operation on 31 October 2025.
The Rule will stop-up a length of Cannyreagh Road, Donaghadee to facilitate a new housing development and a new road layout into the development in accordance with an approved planning application.
A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) by appointment only.
