Franklin Street, Belfast (partial road closure)
Notice is hereby given that the Department for Infrastructure using its powers under Article 7 (1) and (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation (Northern Ireland) Order 1997, has temporarily prohibited the use, by traffic of:-
Franklin Street, Belfast from Linenhall Street to Bedford Street.
This road will be closed continuously until 16:30hrs on Friday 3rd October 2025,
The closure is required for NIE works - joint bays trenching and cable laying required for refurbishment of 'Bedford House' sub-station.
Alternative route: Diversion 1: Bedford Street – Clarence Street – Linenhall Street.
Diversion 2: Linenhall Street – Donegall Square South – Bedford Street.
