Special Events on or near public roads (RSPPG E06) Version 1 - Screening form

To provide guidance for Department for Infrastructure (DfI) staff either:-consenting to applications for the holding of special events on roads and being processed by district councils; orprocessing requests to hold special events on special roads; orprocessing requests to manage traffic to and from events which are located near to but not on a public road,in order to ensure that a consistent approach is adopted in the decision making process that is robust and defensible.
