The Action Plan 2024/25 is a series of measures, identified by business areas across the Department, and external stakeholders, as providing a contribution to the objectives of the Road Safety Strategy to 2030.
The Road Safety Strategy to 2030 establishes interim targets for the reduction of death and serious injury resulting from road traffic collisions. The Strategy was developed following a public consultation in 2021/2022.
The Action Plan 2024/25 aims to provide renewed focus and targeted measures in support of those targets. This screening is in respect of the one-year action plan for 2024/25 only.
