The Road Races (Ulster Rally) Order (Northern Ireland) 2019 No. 156

The effect of the Rule is to permit the Northern Ireland Motor Club Limited as promoter of the Ulster Rally 2019 to use for that event certain roads by suspending the right of way of other traffic at various times on the 16 and 17 August 2019.
