The effect of the rule is to permit the Ulster Automobile Club Limited as promoter of the Knockagh Hill Climb 2019 to use for that event the length of the road specified in the Schedule by suspending the right of way of other traffic on the 18 May 2019 from 7.30 am to 7.30 pm.
