The effect of the Rule is to permit the Newry & District Motor Club as promoter of the Drumhorc Hill Climb to use for that event certain roads in Co. Down by suspending the right of way of other traffic between 11.00 am and 6.00 pm on Saturday 14 May 2022.
Due to ongoing Covid-19 guidance, a copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email to Tnindcraigavon@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 0300 200 7899.
