    The Alfred Street / Upper Arthur Street two-way segregated cycle lane has been in operation since March 2016.  It has proved to be a very popular cycling route which has provided an important access to the city centre. 

    We are now carrying out a review to consider what improvements can be made to the operation of Alfred Street and Upper Arthur Street in line with the draft Programme for Government.
