The Railways Infrastructure (Access, Management and Licensing of Railway Undertakings) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016 - screening form

This policy aims to implement the requirements of European Commission Directive 2012/34/EU establishing a single European railway area aimed at the provision of the freedom of access to the rail network across Europe. The Department are legally bound to comply with this Directive.
