The Rule will prohibit vehicles waiting between 8.30 a.m. to 9.15 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m., Monday to Friday inclusive between 31 August and 30 June on a length of Maritime Drive, Carrickfergus at Carrickfergus Model Primary School. Vehicles are excepted from the prohibition in certain circumstances.
