The Prohibition of Waiting (Schools) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022, No. 270

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Prohibition of Waiting (Schools) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022” (S.R. 2022 No. 270), which comes into operation on 17 November 2022.
The Rule will prohibit vehicles waiting between 8.30 a.m. to 9.15 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m., Monday to Friday inclusive between 31 August and 30 June on a length of Maritime Drive, Carrickfergus at Carrickfergus Model Primary School. Vehicles are excepted from the prohibition in certain circumstances.
A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email to dfiroads.northern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 0300 200 7899.
