This Memorandum is aimed at DfI TRAM staff responsible for dealing with requests for a Street Works Licence from property owners without off-street parking to install a permanent sub-surface Cross Pavement Channel to protect an Electric Vehicle (EV) charge cable in the public footway outside their property.
