The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking Places on Roads (Electric Vehicles) (Amendment No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022” (S.R. 2022 No. 260) which comes into operation 15 November 2022.
The Rule will authorise a length of St. Patricks Street, Draperstown as a parking place for an electric vehicle connected to a charging post.
A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email trafficwestern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 0300 200 7899.
