The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking Places on Roads and Waiting Restrictions (Magherafelt) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2023” (S.R. 2023 No. 176) which comes into operation on 8 November 2023.
The Rule introduces a no waiting at any time restriction (loading and unloading permitted) on lengths of Derramore Park, Magherafelt and updates the definitions of “postal packet” and “universal service provider”. Vehicles are excepted from the restriction in certain circumstances.
A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email to trafficwestern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 028 8225 4085.
