The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking Places on Roads and Waiting Restrictions (Magherafelt) (Amendment No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022.” (S.R. 2022 No. 258) which comes into operation on 15 November 2022.
The Rule will introduce no waiting at any time restriction (loading and unloading permitted) on a length of Mullaghboy Crescent, Magherafelt. Vehicles are excepted from the restriction in certain circumstances.
A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email transportni.northern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 0300 200 7899.
