    The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking Places, Loading Bays, Waiting Restrictions and Urban Clearways (Enniskillen) Order (Northern Ireland) 2023”, (S.R. 2023 No. 187), which comes into operation on 7 December 2023.

    The Rule will-

    • authorise lengths of Belmore Street, Church Street, Darling Street, East Bridge Street, High Street, Paget Square, Regal Pass and Townhall Street, Enniskillen for the use as parking places and prescribe the conditions under which they may be used;
    • provide loading bays in Belmore Street, Church Street, Darling Street, East Bridge Street, High Street and Townhall Street, Enniskillen and prescribe under the conditions under which they may be used;
    • prohibit vehicles waiting at any time (loading and unloading permitted) on lengths of Belmore Street, Church Street, Darling Street, East Bridge Street, Halls Lane, High Street, Paget Square, Regal Pass, Townhall Street and Wesley Street, Enniskillen and on a length of East Bridge Street, Enniskillen (loading and unloading not permitted); and
    • apply a clearway restriction to both sides of a length of High Street and Townhall Street, Enniskillen.

    The Rule will also revoke and re-enact certain parking places, loading bays and waiting restrictions in Enniskillen. Vehicles are excepted from the conditions and prohibitions in certain circumstances.
