The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking Places (Disabled Persons’ Vehicles) (Amendment No. 4) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022”, (S.R. 2022 No. 247) which comes into operation on 2 November 2022.
The Rule will create parking places with unlimited waiting at Bangor, Belfast, Holywood and Londonderry and remove parking places with unlimited waiting at Newcastle and Newtownards.
A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged by telephoning 0300 200 7899.
