The Parking Places (Disabled Persons’ Vehicles) (Amendment No. 4) Order (Northern Ireland) 2019 No. 216

The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking Places (Disabled Persons’ Vehicles) (Amendment No. 4) Order (Northern Ireland) 2019”, (S.R. 2019 No. 216), which comes into operation on 23 December 2019. 

Details

The rule will create parking places with unlimited waiting in Antrim, Ballynahinch, Banbridge, Belfast, Bellaghy, Carnlough, Dundonald, Gilford, Lisburn, Londonderry, Newcastle, Newry, Newtownabbey, Portadown, Rathfriland, Seapatrick, Waringstown and Warrenpoint and a parking place with limited waiting in Belfast. 

The rule will also relocate an existing parking place at Newtownabbey and will remove parking places with unlimited waiting in Aughnacloy, Ballynahinch, Banbridge, Belfast, Downpatrick, Greenisland, Larne, Londonderry, Lurgan, Portadown, Rathfriland and Warrenpoint.
