The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Londonderry) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2021 No. 77

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Londonderry) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2021” (S.R. 2021 No. 77), which comes into operation on 19 April 2021.
The Rule will reduce the length of a parking place on Fountain Street, Londonderry by 11 metres and change the 11 metres to a 'no waiting at any time' prohibition (loading and unloading not permitted).
Vehicles are excepted from the prohibition in certain circumstances.
During the current Covid-19 restrictions, a copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email to trafficWestern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 02882 254085.
