The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Derry/Londonderry) (Amendment) Order (NI) 2025

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking Places and Waiting Restrictions (Derry/Londonderry) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2025”, (S.R. 2025 No. 6), which comes into operation on 17th February 2025.
The Rule will prohibit vehicles waiting at any time (loading and unloading permitted) on a length of Nelson Drive, Derry/Londonderry. Vehicles are excepted from the prohibition in certain circumstances.
A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) by appointment only.
