The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Derry/Londonderry) (Amendment No.3) Order (Northern Ireland) 2025

The Rule will authorise a length of Carlisle Road and Spencer Road and lengths of The Diamond, Derry/Londonderry for the use as parking places and prescribe the conditions under which they may be used. Between 8.00 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. Monday to Saturday inclusive, parking will be limited to 1 hour with return to the parking place prohibited until 1 hour has expired.
The Rule will also extend the length of no waiting at any time (loading and unloading not permitted) on Fountain Street, Derry/Londonderry.
Vehicles are excepted from the conditions and prohibition in certain circumstances.
A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) by appointment only.
