PARKING & WAITING RESTRICTIONS – BELFAST
The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Belfast) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2025” (S.R. 2025 No. 152) which comes into operation on 17 October 2025.
The Rule will authorise a length of Middlepath Street, Belfast for use as a parking place and prescribe the conditions under which it may be used. Between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. Monday to Saturday inclusive, parking will be limited to 1 hour with return to a parking place prohibited for 1 hour. Vehicles are excepted from the restrictions in certain circumstances.
A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only.
