PARKING & WAITING RESTRICTIONS – BELFAST
The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Belfast) (Amendment No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2025” (S.R. 2025 No. 181) which comes into operation on 15 December 2025.
The Rule will prohibit vehicles waiting at any time on a length of Marlborough Park, Belfast (loading and unloading permitted). Vehicles are excepted from the prohibition in certain circumstances.
A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email to traffic.eastern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 0300 200 7899. The Rule may also be viewed online at www.legislation.gov.uk/nisr
