The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Ballycastle) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022 No. 266

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Ballycastle) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022” (S.R. 2022 No. 266), which comes into operation on 16 November 2022.
The Rule will introduce parking and waiting restrictions on lengths of Castle Street and Quay Road, Ballycastle. The Rule will also revoke and re-enact certain existing waiting restrictions in Ballycastle. Vehicles are excepted from the restrictions in certain circumstances.
A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email to dfiroads.northern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 0300 200 7899.
