Notification of Drivers Hours Relaxation Forms

In response to the exceptional pressures on the feed supply sector due to the continued consequences of Covid-19, the Department for Infrastructure has introduced a temporary relaxation of the enforcement of the retained EU drivers’ hours rules for the transport of feed and feed materials in Northern Ireland. Operators must notify DfI if this relaxation is used by completing one of these notification of relaxation forms and emailing a copy to drivershours@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk.
