The Loading Bays on Roads (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2021 No. 20

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Loading Bays on Roads (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2021” (S.R. 2021 No. 20) which comes into operation on 24 February 2021.
The Rule will introduce a loading bay on a length Main Street, Castledawson for the use of all vehicles loading and unloading certain goods during the hours between 8.30 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. on Monday to Saturday inclusive.
It will also remove an existing loading bay on a length of Main Street, Larne and replace it with two loading bays for the use of all vehicles loading and unloading certain goods during the hours between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on Monday to Saturday inclusive.
Vehicles are excepted from the conditions of the bays in certain circumstances.
During the current Covid-19 restrictions, a copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) by appointment only.
