LOADING BAY – MIDDLEPATH STREET, BELFAST
The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Loading Bays on Roads (Amendment No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2025” (S.R. 2025 No. 153) which comes into operation on 17 October 2025
The Order will reduce the length of an existing loading bay for the use of goods vehicles loading and unloading certain goods on a length of Middlepath Street, Belfast. Vehicles are excepted from the conditions in certain circumstances.
A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only.
