Increasing the independent driving section of the practical driving test and including the use of a sat nav - screening form

Increasing the independent driving section of the practical driving test for cars and motorcycles from 10 to 20 minutes and including the use of a sat nav (in relation to cars).  The sat nav will be provided by DfI.
