The Foreglen Road, Dungiven (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022 No. 64

The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Foreglen Road, Dungiven (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022” (S.R. 2022 No. 64) which comes into operation on 31 March 2022.
The effect of the rule is to abandon to abandon an area of 845 square metres of road and verge on A6 Foreglen Road and U2203 Foreglen Road, Dungiven.
Due to ongoing Covid-19 guidance, a copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged by email to landsofficecoleraine@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or telephone on 0300 200 7899.
