Exemption from Periodic Roadworthiness Testing for Vehicles of Historic Interest (VHIs) - Screening form

The Department is proposing to exempt vehicles that are more than 40 years old from periodic roadworthiness testing. This will replicate the position in GB, where this exemption will be introduced in May 2018.
