This is an annual business plan that sets out DVA’s performance targets for the year 2026-27 across a range of services we provide.
The plan outlines the services that DVA will provide to citizens and which account for the vast majority of its work. Our focus for 2026-27 will be on three priorities: namely, our Services, our Infrastructure and Assets, and our Organisation.
Our main priority is to deliver all our services to the highest possible standards and at maximum capacity.
