A Bicycle Strategy for Northern Ireland

The Minister for Regional Development (DRD) has prepared a Bicycle Strategy for Northern Ireland which sets out, over a 25 year horizon, how we plan to make Northern Ireland a cycling community. This strategy document outlines the Minister’s vision for cycling in Northern Ireland and, at a high level, how we intend to achieve this vision.
