Ban on the use of Older Tyres (aged 10 years or over) on the front axles of heavy vehicles and all tyres in single configuration on minibuses - Screening Form

The Department is proposing to amend the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Northern Ireland) Regulations to ban tyres aged 10 years or older on the front steered axles of HGVs, buses and coaches, and for all tyres in single configuration on minibuses.
