The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled The B3 Main Street, Markethill (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022 (S.R. 2022 No. 117) which comes into operation on 30 June 2022.
The effect of the rule is to abandon an area of 4.3 square metres of road comprising a portion of footway from a point 43 metres north-east of its junction with B78 Mowhan Road.
Due to ongoing Covid-19 guidance, a copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged by email to southernlandsteam@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or telephone on 0300 200 7899.
