    The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Ardmillan Gardens, Bangor (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022” (S.R. 2022 No. 21) which comes into operation 10 March 2022.

    The effect of the rule is to abandon an area of 1.85 square metres of footway directly adjacent to No. 15 Ardmillan Gardens, Bangor.

    During the current Covid-19 restrictions, a copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email to southernlandsteam@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 0300 200 7899.
