A24 Ballynahinch Bypass - Notice to Proceed

The Department for Infrastructure having complied with Article 67A (7) of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993 ("the 1993 Order") hereby gives notice in accordance with the provisions of Article 67A(8) and (9) of its intention to proceed with the proposed A24 Ballynahinch Bypass Scheme.
