The Department and local councils have set up an online survey seeking customer views on the current NI Planning Portal.
THIS SURVEY HAS NOW CLOSED
As part of our continuing efforts to provide a quality service, the Department and local councils are in the early stages of developing a new Planning IT System that better reflects the needs of our customers.
We recognise the importance of listening to what our customers have to say. Therefore we would like to invite those who have used the current NI Planning Portal to complete a short online survey which has been developed by our consultants Deloitte. The replies received will help us shape the future of how the new IT system will operate in the future.
Please be assured that all replies will be treated in the strictest confidence and will remain completely anonymous. No-one will contact you as a result of completing the survey.
The deadline for completing the survey is Sunday 27th August 2017.
