Enforcement Practice Notes 01 to 04

The Department for Infrastructure has today issued four Enforcement Practice Notes.

The Enforcement Practice Notes issued are as follows:-

• 01: Introduction to Planning Enforcement
• 02: Legislative Framework
• 03: Investigative Approaches
• 04: Enforcement Procedures

The Enforcement Practice Notes are designed to guide planning officers and relevant users through planning enforcement processes and deal primarily with procedures as well as good practice.
